Life Path Number 7

life path 7

The following article describes what numerology life path number 7 means. If you are new to Numerology you can find an explanation to how you calculate your life path number at the end of the article. Keep in mind that life path number can only give you basic information or general strategy for your life. Even though your life path is a very important number that defines the strategy of your life, there are a lot more keys, insights and knowledge to be discovered through the meaning of numbers in your numerology birth chart.

In Numerology, 7 is the sacred number that symbolizes secret, analysis, understanding and lies in the evolution of the process. And on the 7th day God rested. Number 7 has the energy of deepening into oneself and distancing oneself from the world to go deep within. Numerology number 7 is a combination of spiritual and material (holy trinity 3 + human physical experience 4). Seven is the triumph of spirit over matter. Every seven years human body and soul is renewed (see an article “Crisis years,  7-year cycles…”).

People with life path number 7 could be in the conflict between vanity (every day life) and taking the higher path of purpose. Many people with life path 7 have strong intuition and are able to receive information from the higher levels of consciousness through their dreams (or other channels). For people with life path number 7 the direction should come from their own Spirit (from their true self within) and they should not give responsibility for their own life to others. They are the ones who have the ability to control their own life and destiny. One of the main goals in life for people with life path number 7 is to learn how to calm their mind and they can do it through digging deep in the self-discovery process. They often have bright mind and their life is often dedicated to the analysis of the surrounding world. People with life path 7 need to learn how to trust their own intuition until it reaches the level of higher wisdom. They have the urge to realize intangible energies and often do not give ultimate value to material things. Life path number 7 has to know how to be alone with their own self without feeling isolated or abandoned. They are very deep, have a big feeling of self-worth and elegance. It could be hard for people with life path number 7 to understand themselves sometimes, which makes it even harder for other people and that is why life path 7 could be labeled as a white crow by others. They often have their own criteria for making decisions and it could be considered weird by others. Life path 7 often feels uncomfortable in society or crowds of people. People with life path number 7 are not very talkative and they have a tendency to spend time alone (which they actually really need). They learn best when they are alone by studying books or their own conducting research (which makes them not the best team-player).

Life path number 7 is about digging deep and
calming your mind.

This gives great insight, thank you so much for this article! I definitely relate to the life path 7, like Toni, it describes me nearly perfectly!
I’m someone who isolates herself very often, practically 24/7. If it weren’t for walking my two beloved daughters from another species, I’d never go out! I actually like this to be honest as it gives me time to reflect, to learn and grow emotionally, psychologically, spiritually. Often times, I feel like social relationships get in the way of that. I would truly appreciate getting to know people like me who like to muse about life and reality, I’m so not one for entertainment and gossip! Maybe then I’d lean towards to being social as I’d be with individuals whom I gain so much from. Until then, I guess I’ll stay by my lonesome!

Man…..I’m a grown, very masculine man. I also am not into astrology at all. But I am a researcher of all things that catch my interest. So, when while watching an interview, a brief discussion of Life Path numbers came up, I paused the interview and googled up “life path numbers”. Long story short…I wound up here. I should add that before I even understood how to calculate my life path or anything about the characteristics of them (actually, while I was watching the interview), I said, out loud to myself, “I have to be a 7”. I knew that because the number 7 has been significant in every area of my life since childhood.
So, why’d I feel the need to mention that I’m a masculine man, right? Because halfway through reading this article, I found myself crying harder and more deeply than I have since childhood. I had to analyze what was happening and what exactly it was about what I was reading that made me have such a strong emotional reaction. I can tell you exactly what it is…and perhaps there are other 7s that can relate to this. One of the strongest, and consistently unfulfilled, desires that I’ve always had in my life is to simply be understood by someone. Not just accepted, but to see and believe that another person actually understands me. This article seems to know & understand me in ways that no human has so far in my life. I’m completely blown away! I appreciate you so much for sharing this information.

I can completely relate to the way you felt as I cried too and im a mostly feminine woman if it makes you feel better. Jk I’m also a 7 but besides that I would rather be understood than just being accepted too.The former involves a genuine desire to learn from someone because there is something you actually connect with rather than doing what’s expected. Many times people are not even friends because they genuinely like the person, more so of what they can gain from that relationship. I’ve come to understand that very well but I don’t have to accept it and so personally i don’t mind too much being alone if that’s part of my path too. It’s okay and again just know you’re not alone. Be well!

Funny, you said 7 was significant as a child, me too!!! For what ever reason I would often simply think about the number 7, I would see it all the time. As far as being understood…. I understand that too!!! I always felt out of place, and I was kind of a loner, for the most part, but then again, I’ve always been ok with knowing that if no one worthy of my time came along, I’m ok with me.

This information has helped me so much to understand myself, why I react to certain situations or not react, my feelings, behaviors etc I am reading about myself like others have described.
To be actually understood by another without lots of explanation is valuable I strongly believe that our feelings of loneliness & inadequacies come from people not knowing who we truly are…it makes sense that if we don’t know or understand ourselves then its hard for others to know also. This information lifts so much heaviness from my heart. Thank you so much.

i have known about numerology for some time i always knew i was a 7 but this site as given me a different insight as to how a number 7 ticks, i too found myself crying mid way through what we have read (im female by the way) i like u crave just one person who can understand me, im sure only another 7 could after reading this, up to this present moment in time this article as at last made me understand myself better…im feeling mixed to emotions right now because if only id had this info a little earlier it could of been so different, its been a big leap forward for me, and i would like to say you sound so like me in male form if ever u want to communicate via email or social media or any other 7 reading this just feel free to ask and im sure chatting to us number 7s can only be beneficial, thanks to Lifescriptdoctor.com

For the seven here, it’s quite a good description, only I am mercury dominant therefore not always quiet and need to communicate. And I do have a three as my day of birth too. Quest for knowledge and learning is our lifeline. And you’re correct if we didn’t need money we’d never miss it or miss looking for it. And I like the way you say even IF we get married– that is my greatest fear, I may as well consider myself and old maid in my forties. I’ve attracted two 8 Scorpios and what disastrous relationships the both of them. One 3 when I had the time of my life and so did he with me and on the side. WE love to research and investigate and are VERY thorough, yes. And I loath working with anyone. A good one for you, I was told by a physicist that I spoke and thought like a scientist..ha! Yes!
I may be off now to look for a 4 or a 9, or not bother at all.

Someone wrote ” One of the strongest, and consistently unfulfilled, desires that I’ve always had in my life is to simply be understood by someone. Not just accepted, but to see and believe that another person actually understands me.” This made me cry! I think my childhood best friend got closest to that and no one since then. I felt I was alone, but never lonely. I also happen to be a Reflector in the human design, even more incredibly odd!

This article was very help full. There’s still a lot I do not understand but, a lot of sense about myself have really played out. Like where Isolation is a big factor about me. I been a full born addict for nearly 20 years, isolating from all family including my only daughter. It has been a rough road but in the last 8, nearly 9 months, I have stopped using drugs, reunited with my family and just starting to try and figure myself out. This shines a little light but, I am so desperate to find out more about myself so I can really start to live again. Thank you for the info.

I feel like I understand much more about my entity. With the reason as to why I have the life path 7 being my birth month is the Master number 11, it feels all the more I don’t know, comsic? Everything said was a direct reflection of me and I feel like I’ve grown spiritually from this reading. Thank you.

To too find it hard for people to understand me. I’m an analyst as well. I stay to myself because I’ve been deeply hurt in the last. I like my bubble. I like making time for things that interest me. This was very good. I have to break out of my shell. I am my own worst enemy. I think to much and don’t like a lot of attention. I like to help people, share my philosophy, then go back into the shadows. Watch, observe and learn. Thank you for this article

The further and deeper I read into your interpretation of the life path of number 7, the more relaxed and vulnerable I felt myself becoming. It was as if it’s okay to be this kind of person and I didn’t need to be anyone different or try to apologize for it anymore. It was perfectly alright. But, what opened the greatest perception was this very liine, it was as if you wrote it especially for me. Here it goes. “They are very deep, have a big feeling of self-worth and elegance.” Wow!! The last time I felt that was when I was under the age of four. I remember it clearly. And so it was horrible when the big feeling of self -worth was gone! I get it now. I really do. Your writing has connected me back to how all children are born feeling, and how this ‘big feeling of self-worth” is also part of what us 7’s need to feel unashamed of. Thank you.

Had to read it, My life path is 6, and now I can see that trying to show my care and affection to 7, will not work, there are other better paths that appreciate, highest soul pursuits and true love of bond within this and other dimensions as twin flames. But 7 is life of internal solitude and discovery, and it can never love externally to the same extent as other evolved life paths.
